I have fallen in love with fennel. It is one of the planet’s healthiest foods, and fortunately is as delicious as it is nutritious. Fennel is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory food. It is wonderful to the health of our gut and GI system.

Adding lemon to fennel helps to bring out its antioxidant power, as well as taste (and anything with salt, lemon and olive oil I’m always a sucker for!)
